Shipping & Delivery.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All shipping addresses must have a street address and be deliverable via USPS and UPS. Orders usually ship from our warehouse in Virginia, however some items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Expedited shipping methods such as Next Day, Day and 3 Day are available for orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders placed with standard ground shipping will ship the following business day, Monday – Friday, after your order is placed. Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air orders will ship the same business day (Monday – Friday) if your order is received by 1 PM EST. For example, standard ground orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday. A Next Day Air order placed at 1:01PM EST on Monday will ship on Tuesday and be delivered on Wednesday

Important Shipping Notice: Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will cause a problem with delivery and may result in your order being sent back to us as undeliverable. Orders received back to our warehouse as undeliverable will be processed as a return, minus the original and return shipping charges. We are unable to reship undeliverable orders to a new address. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once your order is with the shipping carrier.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email please check your SPAM folder.

Privacy & Security

Stage Right Lighting collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer's online shopping experience and for marketing and promotional use only. Customers are only added to our e-mail and mailing list if they opt to register or enter a contest. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund. Purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Items that have been opened will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including make-up. A 14-day waiting period is required for a cash refund on check purchases. Checks returned to us for lack of funds will incur a $39.00 fee. Returns without a receipt will receive store credit only in the amount of the current sales price of the merchandise. Other restrictions may apply. To make your returns quicker and easier please keep your receipt.
